TixInvoice helps you create documents. The following points explain in detail what that means for you.
A tool, not an advisor
TixInvoice is software that turns the data you provide into invoice documents. It does not check whether an invoice is correct, complete or appropriate for your situation.
The business owner is responsible
You alone are responsible for the content, correctness, completeness and tax treatment of every document you create with TixInvoice, and for handling them correctly in your bookkeeping and towards the tax authorities.
No tax, legal or accounting advice
Nothing on this website or in the app constitutes tax, legal or accounting advice. Explanations, notes on invoices and recommendations are of a general, informational nature and do not take your individual circumstances into account.
Tax rates are defaults
The VAT rates and place-of-supply rules built into TixInvoice are informational defaults, last reviewed in September 2026. Rates change, exceptions exist, and the classification of an event (e.g. reduced vs. standard rate) may differ from case to case. You can override the rate on every invoice.
Verify with your tax advisor
Please discuss your tax setup – in particular VAT registration, OSS, the small business exemption and sales in other countries – with a tax advisor before relying on documents created with TixInvoice.
Marketplace data is provided as-is
Order data is imported from your marketplace account exactly as the marketplace provides it. We cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy – please check imported orders, especially event countries, prices and fees, before generating invoices.
Liability
Liability for damages resulting from the use of TixInvoice is limited as set out in our {terms}.
