Terms of use
Please read these terms carefully. They describe what TixInvoice does – and, just as importantly, what it does not do.
Scope
These terms govern the use of TixInvoice.com (“the service”) operated by the provider named in the imprint. By logging in you accept these terms.
Description of the service
TixInvoice is a tool for generating documents. It processes order data from ticket marketplaces that you provide and creates invoice documents (invoices, fee receipts, manual invoices) as PDF files based on the data and settings you choose. The service is currently in beta and offered free of charge.
Account
An account is created via Discord login. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for your business or self-employed activity. Keep your Discord account secure – you are responsible for all activity under your account. One person may only maintain one account.
Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- the correctness, completeness and legal and tax compliance of every invoice you create – TixInvoice does not check content;
- choosing the correct tax scheme and rates – the recommendations shown are informational defaults and not tax advice;
- keeping your own copies of your documents and complying with your statutory retention obligations;
- the accuracy of the data you import or enter and for observing the terms of use of the marketplaces you use.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, create documents with false or misleading content, attempt to access other users’ data, interfere with the operation of the service, or access it with automated tools beyond the intended connectors.
Availability & warranty
The service is provided “as is” during the beta phase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or the suitability of the documents for a specific purpose. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Any further liability – in particular for lost profit, tax disadvantages, fines or the loss of data – is excluded. Please keep copies of your documents.

Changes to these terms
We may change these terms with effect for the future. The current version is published on this page. If you continue to use the service after a change, the updated terms apply.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your account in the settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms and may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Governing law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should a provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
