Log in with Discord & choose your tax setup
Sign in with your Discord account, enter your company details and pick your tax scheme. TixInvoice suggests a setup based on your country.
Connect viagogo
Install the TixInvoice Connector extension, log in to viagogo and click “Sync now” – your sales land in TixInvoice automatically.
Generate & download your PDFs
Select the orders, check number and rate, and download your invoices – one by one or in bulk.

Yes – TixInvoice is free to use during the beta phase. Should that ever change, we will announce it well in advance, and you can export your data at any time.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Currently viagogo and StubHub (they share the same seller platform). More marketplaces are in preparation. Until then you can create manual invoices for sales on any other platform.
Do you store my viagogo password?
Never. The connector fetches your orders inside your own logged-in browser session and only sends the order data to TixInvoice. Your marketplace credentials never reach our servers.
Is this tax advice?
No. TixInvoice is a tool for creating documents. You, as the business owner, are responsible for the correctness of your invoices and taxes. Rates and recommendations are informational defaults – please verify them with your tax advisor.
How is VAT handled?
Admission to events is taxed where the event takes place (place of supply). TixInvoice supports regular VAT registration incl. OSS for events in other EU countries, the small business exemption, home country taxation and a custom fixed rate. Per invoice you can switch between reduced and standard rate.
Can I invoice other sales too?
Yes. With manual invoices you can bill anything – tickets sold on other platforms, private sales or services – with your own line items, recipient and tax rate.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, at any time. Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, imported orders, invoices, PDFs and logo. Please download the PDFs you need for your bookkeeping beforehand.
Which browsers work with the extension?
The TixInvoice Connector extension works in Chromium-based browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Brave and Opera. Firefox and Safari are currently not supported.
